For our return / exchange policy, the buyer has 15 days. Unfortunately after 15 days, we do not offer a refund however we would discuss an exchange.
For a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Once your item is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

Buyer is responsible for paying for shipping costs, shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you would like to expedite or request a specific time, please email us.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
